Mr. Guarino serves as our Senior Vice President, Sales and Chief Commercial Officer since July 2024 and is responsible for driving market development through leadership across retail sales, business insights/category management, channel strategy, route-to-market and distribution management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the beverage industry in a variety of leadership roles overseeing teams in Sales & Distribution, Strategic Planning, Business Expansion and Trade Marketing, and as a General Manager. He joined Zevia in 2022 leading our commercial strategies for growth and implementing an evolved approach to route-to-market. Prior to joining Zevia, Mr. Guarino served as Vice President & General Manager over the Non-Alcoholic portfolio and team at Anheuser-Busch, overseeing owned-Brand management, master distribution agreements, and joint ventures. He built commercial teams and led revenue creation, P&L improvement, portfolio development, pricing structures, customer management, distribution network design and management, and retail market launches. Prior to Anheuser-Busch he held a variety of roles for Red Bull North America from 2002-2019 most recently as Vice President of Marketing & Business Operations and as Vice President of Sales Strategy & Development. Over the course of his career Mr. Guarino has developed deep commercial experience through hands-on market development and value creation for beverage brands in widely varied go-to-market stages. Mr. Guarino earned a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Boston University.
